EE-EnvicLean® Dry Encapsulant for Liquid Spills is a non chemical, non-toxic, non carcinogenic, odourless dry encapsulant for liquid and semi liquid spills. EE-EnvicLean® is environmentally safe and completely eliminates the need for water to be used in the rapid encapsulation of spilled liquids in domestic, commercial or industrial situations. The product also captures odours or vapours which may emanate from liquids.
EE-EnvicLean® has been independently tested by Sharp & Howells Pty Ltd, a NATA accredited laboratory, which shows that EE-EnvicLean® is consistent with Perlite at higher than 95% purity. Perlite is a natural and recognised safe and highly absorbent material.
Amorphous Alumina Silicates, the technical name for EE-EnvicLean®, are recognized as total liquid encapsulant with NO free liquid leaching or run off. EE-EnvicLean® does not leach or release liquids under pressure or when affected rain. Absorbents such as clay and fibres act like a rock only coating the surface with liquid. When affected by rain or under pressure in landfill these absorbents separate from the liquid which then leaches into the ground and beyond.
